Organization`s Strategy

The Trust for Community Development (TCD) will point out basic problems for social development and self-reliance or independence which relate to men, women and the youth of the society. The TDC will work with all segments of society including the minorities, social welfare organizations, youth groups, media and other social networks in order to promote peace, conflict prevention, social welfare, poverty alleviation, self-reliance, and character building. The TCD efforts are focused on organizational capacity so that on the basis of development partnership everyone can live a prosperous life with equality and without any discrimination based on color, race, language, ethnicity or gender.
